- We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
2. What is the minimum order needed for a custom buckle?
- We can do single buckle orders.
3. What is the average turnaround time for buckles?
- The majority of the year we run at 4 weeks from art approval. December and January tend to run for 5 weeks.
4. Are there discounts based on quantities?
- Yes we give discounts based on order quantity.
5. How long does it take to make a custom buckle?
- The process to create a custom buckle depends on many factors. Once the artwork is approved it takes 4-5 weeks for the buckle to be produced.
6. Can you source items not on your website?
- Yes, We can source other brands. The brands we have on our website are our best selling items.
7. What is your return policy.
- On custom orders there are no returns. On stock items 10 days.
8. What is the typical lead time on a screen print and/ or embroidery order?
- Typically 10 business days
9. What is the lead time on custom awards orders?
- Time can vary depending on the products ordered. Typically 4-6 weeks with expedited services available.
