To ensure your awards are processed and manufactured on time, please provide a valid Purchase Order (PO) number when placing your order. Orders cannot be processed without a PO.

If you want to ensure your order is processed without delays, you may choose to place your order and pay online instead of using a Purchase Order.

- Choose quantities, sizes, and any available options.
- Add items to your cart.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout
- Click the Cart icon.
- Review your items for accuracy.
- Click Checkout.

Step 3: Select “Banquet & School Orders”
- On the checkout page, select “Banquet & School Orders” as your order type.
- This option is reserved exclusively for qualifying educational institutions.

Step 4: Enter Required Billing & Contact Information
- Billing Address
- Contact Person Name
- Email Address (for billing correspondence)
- Phone Number

Step 5: Final Click to Complete Order
- Confirm that the PO number is correct.
- Click “Complete Order” to submit.

Step 6: Order Review & Approval
- After submission, we will review your order for applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs. Once finalized, we will send you an official quote for approval.
- Manufacturing will begin only after we receive a valid Purchase Order (PO) number matching the approved quote.
Orders cannot be processed without a PO.
