This will adhere to all guidelines governing copyrighted materials of any format, whether electronic, printed, or in art form. Copyright Law (PL 94-5 53) Section 107 stipulates the criteria for educational institutions. Under the "Fair Use Law".

The clients who request orders containing copyrighted material are responsible for obtaining written verification of copyright clearance. This means they must get permission from the copyright holder to use the material, unless it falls under fair use or another exception to copyright law. It is not permissible to reproduce copyrighted material without the copyright holder's written authorization

Order Processing Time for Banners

Processing Time Options :

• Standard (6–10 Business Days) – Included in base price
• 3-Day Processing – Add 20% for faster turnaround
• Rush (48 Hours)– Add 35% for urgent orders,

 ** Rush Orders Cutoff Time: **  
Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Central Time (CST) to qualify for Next-day processing and shipping.  

** Rush Order Policy: **  
**Rush orders are subject to approval based on order quantity and current production volume.**  
During high-volume periods or for large-quantity orders, rush service may not be accepted.

 
We will notify you if your rush request cannot be accommodated.

Please note:

Shipping costs are **in addition to** processing time and will be calculated at checkout.

**Ground Shipping**: Standard delivery, most cost-effective
**2nd Day Air**: Arrives in 2 business days, additional charge based on destination
**Next Day Air**: Fastest option, additional charge based on destination

If you select **Rush Processing (48 Hours) ** and **Next Day Air**, and your order is placed **before 11:00 AM CST**, your order will ship within **2 business days** and arrive **1 day later**, depending on the shipping method.
