The Sweepstakes is open to:

• Vendors of Sponsor
• Legal residents of the United States of America
• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

6. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 02/02/2026 at Central time by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via [email/phone]. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 72 hours/7 days, or fails to return required documentation (such as an affidavit of eligibility), the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the Prize from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the courts in Harris County.
